I did the same thing decades ago. My son was reaching school age,and it struck me that our house was in the city school district. I went to city schools, and the blacks were horrific, and I wasn't going to let my sons go through what I did.

The adjacent township is almost all white, so I sold our beautiful brick bungalow, and bought a house in the township.

I asked my son how many blacks were in his school. He said one.

We still need someone to act as a bridge to hold a line of defence against degradation of our largest cities. Perhaps your people can also form a program to identifying and recruiting the right stuff for mayors offices
